Privacy, with fewer things to collect.

This notice covers the current astrologysigns.in website, its numerology tools and its optional birth chart and Kundli launch waitlist. It does not describe a live birth chart service, an account system or paid reports.

The operator responsible for this website is Trouvaillesys. The contact address for privacy requests is e4learning@trouvaillesys.com.

The launch waitlist is closed. This website is not accepting new waitlist signups. Existing contacts can still request withdrawal.

Your numerology inputs stay in your browser

Numerology is calculated from the name and date of birth you enter, using arithmetic in your browser. This site does not send those inputs or your result to its server, save them in browser storage, or include them in waitlist requests. There is no emailed numerology report in this release.

Your browser may offer its own autofill or form restoration. Those features are controlled by your browser, not by this website.

Email is a separate choice

When email signup is available, submitting the form sends your email address and affirmative launch-notification consent to our server. We use Amazon Simple Email Service (Amazon SES), provided by Amazon Web Services (AWS), to send a confirmation email. This first step does not create a waitlist contact. AWS processes the email and delivery metadata. We do not ask for birth details, a phone number or your numerology result.

The single required checkbox starts unchecked. It gives permission for one notification when the Phase 2 birth-chart and Kundli tools launch, not recurring emails or unrelated offers. Joining is optional and is not required to use the numerology calculator. The current consent wording version is waitlist-launch-v3.

Signup uses double opt-in. A successful request means Amazon SES accepted the confirmation email for sending, not that delivery or joining is complete. Open the confirmation link and explicitly press the confirmation button within 24 hours to join. Opening a link, an email scanner visiting it, or the page loading does not confirm consent. The confirmation email is separate from the one launch notification.

The confirmation and withdrawal links contain authenticated, encrypted tokens, not your email address in readable URL parameters. Pending confirmation tokens are self-contained and are not stored by this application. The 24-hour confirmation limit is a security expiry, not a promise to delete AWS delivery records. Treat these links as private: email and hosting providers may process their URLs as part of delivery or request logging.

On explicit confirmation, our server creates a contact in this site's dedicated Amazon SES waitlist. The contact records your email, the launch-notification purpose, the exact consent wording and version, the request time and identifier, the form's public address, and the confirmation time.

Consent is the basis for this optional launch notification and its confirmation process. You can withdraw it before launch by contacting the operator, or by opening the withdrawal link in a waitlist email and pressing its withdrawal button. A supporting email service can also send a one-click unsubscribe request. Opening a web link alone does not withdraw consent. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before you withdrew it. New purposes require a new, appropriate notice and choice.

Removing your address from active launch notifications is separate from retaining justified records of your request or withdrawal. Withdrawal marks your Amazon SES contact as suppressed while preserving existing consent information. AWS records the contact's last-updated time. If you withdraw before a contact exists, we retain a suppressed address and withdrawal time to prevent an outstanding confirmation link from adding it later. Repeating withdrawal does not opt you back in. A previously withdrawn address cannot rejoin automatically through a confirmation link; contact the operator if you want to resolve an earlier withdrawal.

Withdrawal remains available when new signups are closed, provided the service configuration is retained. Withdrawal links do not share the confirmation link's 24-hour expiry, but replacing the encryption secret can invalidate outstanding links. If a link no longer works, use the operator contact. The information held with a contact is its current consent and confirmation record, not an immutable history of every request or action.

Storage, retention and service providers

This application has no waitlist database, email-address files or deletion scheduler. Its server processes waitlist requests, and Amazon SES holds confirmed contacts, consent and confirmation attributes, and suppression records under the operator's AWS account. AWS also processes email delivery metadata, including for unconfirmed requests. No automatic retention period or purge for those records is configured by this code.

No waitlist retention schedule is published. Email collection remains disabled.

AWS and the hosting provider may process technical information needed for delivery, confirmation, security and service operation. Hosting systems can process IP addresses, browser information and request timestamps. Application waitlist handlers do not log submitted email addresses, link tokens or credentials. Provider retention and international transfer arrangements depend on the operator's service agreements and account configuration.

Read AWS's privacy notice for its provider-level practices. This launch waitlist does not request optional open or click tracking. Such tracking must remain disabled in the provider account.

Cookies, analytics and your theme

This release does not install analytics, advertising trackers or tracking cookies. If you change the colour theme, the site stores only that preference in localStorage on your device. It does not store your email, name or date of birth there. You can clear the preference through your browser's site data controls.

Future analytics or marketing technology needs an updated notice and, where required, a consent choice before it is enabled.

Your privacy rights

Rights depend on which law applies to you and which provisions are in effect. Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act), applicable rights include information about processing, correction, erasure, grievance redressal and nomination. You can ask the operator to access, correct or erase personal data and to withdraw email consent.

Where the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies, you may also request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability where applicable. You may withdraw consent and complain to the appropriate supervisory authority. We do not use this waitlist consent for automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.

Send only the information needed to identify the request. The operator may need to verify that it concerns your data, and must respond under the applicable law. Please do not send birth details, identity documents or sensitive information unless a justified verification step is agreed.

For access, erasure, withdrawal or a privacy concern, email e4learning@trouvaillesys.com.

This notice must be updated when the service, providers or purposes change. Material changes to consent wording must receive a new recorded consent version.
